PRICES ARE BASED ON 6 OCCUPANTS IN THREE BEDROOMS. THERE IS A PULL OUT DOUBLE SOFA BED IN THE LIVING ROOM AND WE WILL ACCEPT A MAXIMUM OF 8 (with the exception of lakeside 12 which is a 6 berth van) IN A BOOKING (please note this is by prior arrangment only). PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS CAN BE SPACE CONSUMING. SIX IS A MORE COMFORTABLE NUMBER.
BUTLINS PASSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SPRING HARVEST AND THE ELIM CONFERENCE).
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL PARTY MEMBERS ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required on all breaks, which can be paid by cheque. This must be returned with a completed booking form by the date stated on the letter. The booking form can be sent to you via e-mail or post.
Once your deposit and completed booking form have been received the booking will then be marked as confirmed.
The full balance, together with a security deposit of £100 (see below), will be due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. This can be paid by cheque.
Once the balance has been paid, instruction for key collection etc, will be sent to you.
The security deposit cheque will not be cashed and will be returned within 14 days of your stay, providing there has been no damage, breakages etc as per our booking terms and conditions.
