i stayed in caravans 12 and 13 on the 27of december both caravans were very clean and very well positioned at the lake but also they were nearer to the entertainment than a lot of the other caravans i have just received my breakage deposit back even though we did have an accident i think sue and john have been more than fair with this sue was more pleased that my daugher had let her no i live 240 miles away its a long drive but the whole family enjoyed it if you are going as a large group like we did and need more than one caravan i would recommend these caravans for there cleaness and location and sue and john who i feel happy to deal with again i hope this will be of help to any body that has been in to minds wheather to book or not david

Stayed in lakeside 11 for a weekend in october with my husband and boys age 12 and twins age 7.Caravan lovely and clean and has everything you need,the shower is fab and the heating a real plus, butlins i found fantastic far to much to do for the weekend and we are going to go back next year. The correspondence is fantastic, accommodation fantastic, butlins fantastic.. Lakesidecaravans are very professional and easy to deal with, thankyou so much we had a fab time.

Stayed in caravan 12 for a mon - fri break in september. It was all and more - complete luxury. So nice to have decent size settees and dining table. Have stayed at Butlins before for Spring Harvest so knew what the site was like and its facilities. It was nice being away from hoards of people and being by the lake was wonderful. I would recommend this to all except dont go in the pub on site nearby - The Highwayman? - absolutely awful - grubby, torn seats and smelly! Far better to buy a bottle of wine and drink it sitting out by the caravan! Would just like to thank you both for giving us such a lovely experience.

My family and I stayed in 11 and 13 for two weeks in August 2011 and Have already booked the same two for next year. Both Vans are so clean tidy and spacious. Sitting with door open looking over the lake with the kids feeding the ducks it was great. I have stayed in the Chalets at Bultins for over 10 years but since staying in the caravan for past two years I will never stay in Chalets again. Thank you so much John and Sue

Had a fantastic stay. Caravan was beautiful and well equipped. Will definately book again!
Stayed in caravan 13 for a long weekend. We've stayed at Butlins a couple of times before, always in Butlins Gold self catering appartments.
Caravan 13 is much nicer, more roomy, better equiped and cleaner. All this for near half the price - such a bargain!
The caravans are far enough away to be clear of the husle and bustle but close enough to have a plesent walk to the venue.
Remember to take a bag of bread for the ducks and geese.

We stayed in 116 on 6th Aug for a week. Caravan met our needs, only thing missing was a can opener but we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Butlins.

We stayed at lakeside 11 July 23rd for a week, we had a brilliant time on the resort the children have decided butlins is the best holiday. The caravan was excellent very clean and well equipped. We must compliment you on the accommodation, it was first class! It is a long time since we last stayed in a caravan so we didn't really know what to expect. We needn't have worried because it was immaculate. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We have been going to butlins for christmas for the last 5 years, and we have stayed in all types of accommadation on camp and we can honestly say that this is the best one yet by far. It was so clean and comfortable; and everything you would need for a self catering holiday. We would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

we stayed in number 12. fantastic van lovely and clean. i dont think i could ever stay in another static after satyin in that one. it was like home from home. i loved the fact that had items in like iron and ironing board. would defiently recommend to every one.
i also gutted because i was just checking the avaliabilty for next newyear and its already booked.

We stayed in caravan 163 on 22/10/10.
We had a lovely weekend, caravan was well situated less than a 10 min walk into main area of Butlins. The caravan was very clean,tidy and modern also well layed out. I was that impressed i went home a raved about it to all our friends and family, next year there will be quite a few of us booking!!. Excellent value for money.

We stayed in No13 from 18th - 25th June and had the most fantastic week possible. The caravan was perfect for us, and close enough to the main site so that we didnt have too many "moans" from the 4yr old! Everything was clean and tidy and was just a home from home. Thank you Sue and John for allowing us to stay. Joshua keeps asking when we are going back - I hope we get to come back soon... FAB - would recommend to anyone. :-)

16th July - Lakeside 12. Immaculate caravan with all mod cons. Spacious with x2 bathrooms. Had a fantastic time, only a short walk to Butlins, lovely to retreat back to peace & quiet overlooking the lake. A lovely spot and handy to have close allocated parking for x1 car. Stayed in lakeside 11 Mon 14th-fri 18th June and we had a perfect holiday. Caravan was lovely & clean, had everything we needed and was in a lovely peaceful spot by the lake. Great for fishing & our kids loved feeding the geese. Butlins was great, so much to do. Will definatley be returning! Thankyou so much Sue & John.
